"Cellular Phone" Remix Contest

I'm pleased to announce the "Cellular Phone" Remix Contest.
"Cellular Phone" is the single to Kosha Dillz album Beverly Dillz, which has
been on steady rotation on MTV, where it is now climbed to #77 on the top
100 videos currently being featured on MTV, earning a position on MTV 'On
Demand'. We got a dope prize package for this contest as well, including a
digital distribution deal through Diamond Music Group as well as some dope
gear courtesy of Dave's Quality Meat. I included the title, html code, blurb,
dl links and contest rules/itinerary (for after the jump) as well as the splash

KOSHA DILLZ - "CELLULAR PHONE" REMIX CONTEST

Diamond Music Group (DMG) & the renown New York street wear brand Dave's Quality Meat (DQM)
are pleased to announce the "Cellular Phone" Remix Contest. "Cellular Phone" is Kosha Dillz debut
single from his LP, Beverly Dillz which was released this past November. The video for "Cellular Phone"
is currently being featured on 'MTV On Demand', which you can view here. The prize package for the
winning remix includes a digital distribution imprint courtesy of DMG in addition to some dope gear,

Contest Rules, Itinerary & Prizes:

Rules:

Attention producers, please email all submissions to coalminerecords@gmail.com no later than Friday,
March 26th, 2010. Only one submission per producer will be accepted. The files for the remix contest
include an MP3 file of the original version of “Cellular Phone” in addition to a WAV file of the acapella.
The acapella is zero pointed and should synchronize properly with any digital audio workstation.
Music should be in an mp3 format and should default to any iTunes media player. Sample-free remixes
are allowed, but not required. **The original version of the track is 78 Beats Per Minute**, but may be
altered. Files should be labeled accordingly with song title first, followed by the producer’s name and
Remix in parenthesis, ie: **I Am (Joe Smith Remix).mp3**. *Due to the high volume of submissions, it
becomes very difficult to cross reference submissions with their corresponding email addresses and
therefore it is critical to **include your email address in the comment field of the iTunes info panel. In
your email, please provide us with your social network URLs (twitter/facebook) along with your discography
bio/epk if applicable. Please include a few sentences about yourself and your production background.

Itinerary:

1) 3.16.10 (Tuesday): Contest begins. Diamond Music Group will premier the contest that will be virally
promoted throughout popular hip-hop related lifestyle websites and blogs. The contest will also be reinforced
through an e-blast campaign targeted towards producers.

2) 3.26.10 (Friday): Submission Due Date

3) 3.29.10 (Monday): The winning remix will be announced via email to all contestants. It will be required for
the winning producer to provide the track session as WAV files compatible with any digital audio workstation.

4) 4.06.10 (Tuesday): The winning remix will be promoted through all major hip-hop related blogs & lifestyles,
courtesy of Diamond Music Group.

Prizes:

The winning producer will be entitled to a digital distribution imprint through Diamond Music Group as well as
gear, courtesy of Dave's Quality Meat.
